We are looking for a reliable and hard-working CSCS Labourer to join my clients team for a long-term residential project based in the Nuneaton area.
If you are a proactive worker with an eye for detail-specifically regarding pre-plastering preparation-we want to hear from you.
The Role
This isn't just a "sweep and clear" role. You will be a vital part of the site team, ensuring the project moves forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Plaster Prep: Assisting with the preparation of rooms before plastering begins (checking beads, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring areas are clear).
Site Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Manual Handling: Moving materials and assisting tradespeople as required.
Health & Safety: Adhering to all site safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
CSCS Card: Valid and in-hand (Essential).
Experience: Previous experience on residential sites, specifically with pre-plastering tasks, is highly preferred.
Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and a solid work ethic.
PPE: Full Personal Protective Equipment (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
Location: Ability to commute to Nuneaton consistently.
