Job Title: General Construction Labourer

About the Role
We are recruiting a reliable, hard-working General Site Labourer for an ongoing position on an active construction site in Dorking.
This position offers full-time hours, steady ongoing work, and competitive weekly pay options depending on your preferred pay structure (£14.24/hr PAYE or £16.55/hr Umbrella).
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting site trades (bricklayers, carpenters, groundworkers) with daily operations.
- Unloading delivery vehicles and moving building materials safely across site.
- Sweeping work areas, clearing construction waste, and maintaining site skips.
- Keeping access routes, walkways, and stairwells clear and hazard-free.
- Following site health and safety guidelines and wearing full PPE at all times.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above essential).
- Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis jacket/vest, hard hat, and safety gloves).
- Previous general labouring experience on active construction sites.
- Hard-working, punctual, and dependable work ethic.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Right to work in the UK.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40-45 hours per week).
- Rates: £14.24/hr (PAYE) or £16.55/hr (Umbrella).
- Duration: Long-term / ongoing work.
- Weekly pay directly into your account.
