Learning Support Assistant
Location: Bromley
To start as soon as possible
Are you passionate about breaking down barriers and empowering learners to reach their full potential?
We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive team and play a pivotal role in the educational journey of young people and adults with SEN.
This isn't just a support role; it's an opportunity to be a true advocate for independence, helping students navigate college life, master new study skills, and achieve the outcomes set out in their EHCPs. From implementing innovative intervention strategies to ensuring seamless access to assistive technologies, you will work collaboratively with curriculum staff and support managers to create a truly person-centred environment.
If you are empathetic, proactive, and ready to make a tangible difference in students' personal and academic progression, we want to hear from you.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply now!
