Provide vital support to secondary students requiring additional academic and emotional encouragement. Easily reachable from Southend and Rayleigh, this role involves working closely with classroom teachers to adapt materials and foster student independence.
What You Need:
- Track record of supporting young people with learning difficulties or social-emotional needs.
- Ability to build positive, professional rapport with pupils.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
