We are looking for a motivated and skilled Classroom Support Assistant to work at a prestigious West Sussex primary school. The SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
As an essential component of our team, you will assist youth by:
- Delivering committed, all-encompassing assistance that extends beyond the classroom.
- Putting an emphasis on wellbeing, life skills, and personal growth.
- Assisting with complex requirements in a dynamic, creative setting.
This is a full-time, permanent role: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Term-Time Only. ASAP start (notice periods considered).

Essential Requirements:
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable: Level 2 Diploma in Teaching and Learning (or similar).
Experience working 1:1 with children or young adults with Autism and complex SEN.
Strong understanding and practical experience with various SEN communication strategies.
A nurturing, patient, resilient, and highly adaptable approach.
