What You'll DoAs a Learning Support Worker, you'll be crucial to our pupils' success. You'll:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism across various ages and learning needs.
- Implement support strategies guided by our experienced behaviour analysts and teaching staff.
- Help develop and deliver personalised learning programmes.
- Monitor and record pupil progress.
- Support pupils in developing vital communication, social, and life skills.
- Promote a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
We're seeking someone with:
- A genuine interest in working with children and young people with autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A willingness to learn and apply behaviour analysis principles (full training provided).
- Experience in similar settings is a plus, but not essential.
