The Opportunity

In this role, you aren't just "supporting" a classroom-you are a pillar of daily life for children and young people (aged 2-19) with additional needs. You will work side-by-side with teachers to break down barriers to learning, celebrate small wins, and foster the independence our pupils need to thrive.
Your Impact

Support Learning: Work with individuals or small groups to ensure every pupil understands instructions and remains engaged.
