Are you a qualified Early Years professional passionate about delivering high-quality education and care? We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Working with children aged 0-5, you will use your expertise in early child development to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. The Role
The core focus of this position is to lead and support the daily learning and development of our children while maintaining excellent standards of care. As a qualified practitioner, you will act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with families, tracking children's progress, and implementing the EYFS framework to help every child reach their full potential.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Full-Time)

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an energetic, professional, and reliable individual who meets the following criteria:
Qualifications: Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).
Knowledge: A strong understanding of the EYFS statutory framework, child development, and observation/assessment processes.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong team-working abilities, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Commitment: Fully dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with a robust understanding of safeguarding procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Key Person Duties: Oversee a designated group of children, tracking their development, updating learning journals, and writing progress reports.
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS.
High-Quality Care: Provide excellent general care, supervision, and support with personal care and mealtime routines.
Partnership with Parents: Maintain open, professional communication with parents and carers to provide daily feedback on their child's day.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment, strictly adhering to health and safety and safeguarding policies.
