About the Role
Join a global leader in clinical trial logistics. You will work alongside internal teams, external clients, and couriers to ensure clinical trial products are delivered on time, within regulatory compliance, and fully fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Import & Export Compliance: Review shipping documentation, provide clearance instructions to UK customs, and prepare export paperwork.
- Courier Management & ERP: Enter shipment details into courier ERP systems, arrange daily collections, source shipping options, and track pro-forma invoices.
- Regulatory & Documentation: Apply for Certificates of Origin via the local Chamber of Commerce, process Controlled Drug License applications with ministerial departments, and maintain AEO status audit trails.
- Client & SLA Tracking: Track shipments to meet RFT (Right First Time) and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) metrics; handle internal and external client enquiries proactively.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in logistics, operational coordination, or supply chain administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and ERP system data entry.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational abilities.
- Experience within a GMP/cGMP regulated facility or clinical trial environment is highly desirable (not essential).
- High-level communication skills and ability to manage 5-year activity history checks for standard security clearance.
