Pay Rate: £14.76 per hour
Shift Pattern: 2-Shift Rota (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Contract Duration: Temporary (July 2026 - January 2027)
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Machine Operator, you will be a vital link on the 1L production line. Your day-to-day will involve:
Keeping things moving: Loading the empty bottle unscrambler machine to keep the line primed for filling.
Packing & Palletising: Placing finished 750ml and 1L bottles into cardboard cartons, running them through the taping machine, and stacking them safely onto pallets.
Finishing touches: Occasional hand-capping of products to ensure total quality control.
Teamwork & Setup: Supporting daily line setups and changeovers to ensure smooth transitions between production runs.
What We Are Looking For:
You don't need a lifetime of factory experience to excel here, but you do need the right mindset:
Experience in a production environment
Strong attention to detail, basic problem-solving abilities, and the ability to follow technical instructions or blueprints.
Solid verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with your team.
A strict commitment to safety and quality control standards.
