Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Type: Full time, Permanent
Monday to Friday - DAYS ONLY - 42 hours a week - Flexible hours
Salary: £75,000 - £100,000

The Company:
My client, a national manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their 2 sites in North Wales. They are an expanding company who have multiple sites UK wide, who have acquired new sites in the last 10 years, who value innovative approaches. You will have the chance to manage the maintenance and facilities teams, as well as work alongside very experienced Site Managers. Alongside this you will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.
This position offers the chance to work with different people and departments, contributing to both of their Welsh sites as well as the company country wide.
Reporting to the Site Manager and the Director, you will be responsible for the Maintenance and Facilities teams.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the maintenance budget
- Mentoring the apprentices
- Helping to implement new strategies, such as PPM schedules
- Travel between two sites, that are less than 20 miles apart
- Assist the maintenance team with repairs when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience of management within a manufacturing environment
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 or above in an Electrical Engineering discipline
- Ability to be hands-on and complete reactive and preventative maintenance
- Experience of managing budgets
- Ability to mentor apprentices and staff members
