Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on high-speed production lines.
- Provide rapid-response emergency breakdown maintenance to minimise machinery downtime and keep production grids running.
- Execute scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines on all automated plant equipment and factory infrastructure.
- Log all maintenance activities, utilised parts, and machine histories accurately within computerised tracking software.
- Adhere strictly to hazardous safety protocols, including risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Assist with the physical installation, calibration, and validation testing of new processing machinery and manufacturing upgrades.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
