Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Shift: 4-on, 4-off (07:00 - 19:00)
Pay: £15.29 per hour
The Impact: Every strip and sensor you produce helps a patient somewhere in the world manage their health.
The Role: Operating within a high-tech, automated environment, you will ensure our production lines run with clinical precision. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in regulated settings and takes pride in "getting it right the first time."
Your Responsibilities:
- Precision Operation: Set up, monitor, and maintain sophisticated automated machinery in accordance with strict SOPs.
- Digital Integrity: Manage critical data entry via specialised software (MacPac/POMS), ensuring batch records are flawless.
- Quality Guardianship: Maintain a gold-standard workspace using 6S principles and ensuring 100% compliance with COSHH and EHS safety standards.
- Proactive Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor technical hitches on the fly, escalating complex issues to Engineering to keep the line moving.
