Material Handler Opportunity: Be the Backbone of Our Warrington Operations!

The Role: Specialist Material Handler
Location: Warrington Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Shift: Days
You'll be responsible for the successful completion of all Material Handling tasks, acting as a specialist and a 'go-to' person for problem-solving and leadership in the absence of the Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrating specialist knowledge in at least three areas: work order kitting, issuing goods from inventory, release label printing, and stock control.
- Ensuring site schedule adherence for all internal customers is achieved timely and efficiently.
- Supporting the Team Leader with day-to-day team operations, covering meetings and projects as required.
- Driving process improvements utilizing the PPI methodology (Gemba, RCCM, JDI).
- Performing duties in line with current SOP's and ISO standards.
- Maintaining exceptional inventory accuracy (targeting a minimum of 97.5%) and achieving a Right First Time and On Time Delivery of 99%.
- Administering PR's (Non-conformances) and managing the Change Control system (ECO's).
- Training other operators as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
What You'll Bring: Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a regulated life science, pharmaceutical, or medical device business is essential.
- Working knowledge of SAP and logistics-related business software.
- Demonstrated ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions to meet schedules consistently.
- Proven continuous improvement skills (experience with Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies highly valued).
- Excellent communication skills across various levels, with a strong customer-focused attitude.
