Position: Secondary Mathematics Supply Teacher
Locations: Torbay (Torquay, Paignton, Brixham), Newton Abbot, Totnes & Teignmouth
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Supply
Salary: £130.00 - £160.00 per day (Day-to-day cover) | Paid to Scale (Long-term contracts)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Randstad Education is actively recruiting dedicated Secondary Maths Supply Teachers to support local secondary schools, academies, and trust networks across Torbay (including Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham) and nearby towns such as Newton Abbot, Totnes, and Teignmouth.

- Deliver engaging, high-quality KS3 and KS4 Mathematics instruction using pre-set school plans.
- Provide general cover across other secondary subjects as needed by the school.
- Follow all lesson materials provided to maintain continuity for pupils.
- Maintain positive behaviour management and create a productive learning environment in the classroom.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT/NQT status (Essential).
- Proven teaching experience within the UK secondary education system.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt seamlessly to new school environments.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the DBS Update Service (or a willingness to apply for a new check).
- Right to work in the UK.
