Position: Secondary Mathematics Supply Teacher
Locations: Okehampton & surrounding areas (Tavistock, Crediton, Hatherleigh, Holsworthy, Exeter)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Supply
Salary: £130.00 - £160.00 per day (Day-to-day cover) | Paid to Scale (Long-term contracts)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Randstad Education is actively recruiting dedicated Secondary Maths Supply Teachers to support local secondary schools, academies, and trust networks across Okehampton and nearby towns such as Tavistock, Crediton, Hatherleigh, Holsworthy, and the wider Exeter region.

- Local School Access: Build relationships with secondary schools across West Devon and the Dartmoor region.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality KS3 and KS4 Mathematics instruction using pre-set school plans.
- Provide general cover across other secondary subjects as required by the school.
- Follow all lesson materials provided to ensure continuity of learning for students.
- Maintain positive behaviour management and foster a productive classroom environment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT/NQT status (Essential).
- Proven teaching experience within the UK secondary education system.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt seamlessly to new school settings.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the DBS Update Service (or a willingness to apply for a new check).
- Right to work in the UK.
