Your Responsibilities
- Academic Rigour: Plan and deliver challenging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, with frequent opportunities to lead KS5 A-Level modules (Pure, Statistics, or Mechanics).
- Problem-Solving Advocacy: Foster a deep conceptual understanding of Mathematics, encouraging students to think logically and apply theories to complex, real-world scenarios.
- Exam Excellence: Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level success, utilising sophisticated data tracking to provide bespoke interventions for every learner.
- Differentiated Instruction: Expertly stretch high-attaining students with "beyond-the-spec" challenges while providing clear, scaffolded support for those working toward proficiency.
- Enrichment Leadership: Contribute to the school's extracurricular life, such as coaching UKMT Maths Challenge teams or leading STEM-focused clubs.
- Faculty Collaboration: Work within a highly professional department to share best practices, moderate high-stakes assessments, and refine the curriculum.
What You'll Bring to the Team
