We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer to join our dedicated on-site team at a prestigious, high-end commercial office space in the heart of London's West End.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable, static role with a great work-life balance and no call-out rota. You will be the go-to expert for all mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this landmark building.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on all mechanical plant and equipment.
Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair on systems including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), pumps, motors, and associated pipework.
Performing general plumbing tasks and basic fabric maintenance as required.
Monitoring the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal performance.
Maintaining accurate records and logs of all completed work.
Ensuring all work is carried out in strict compliance with current health and safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
Fully qualified with an NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2/3 in a mechanical discipline (e.g., Plumbing, Heating & Ventilation, Air Conditioning).
Proven experience working as a maintenance engineer within a corporate or high-end commercial environment.
