Are you a skilled, client-facing Plumbing Engineer looking for a premium role in West London with an excellent work-life balance?
We are seeking a professional and multi-talented Mechanical Engineer with a strong plumbing bias to manage the maintenance across a small portfolio of five high-end, prestigious sites. All sites are conveniently located right next to each other, eliminating travel time and offering the stability of a static role within a compact, walkable site.
Th Friday schedule with no call-out rota.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the lead engineer for all plumbing and mechanical services across the portfolio.
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on plumbing systems, including hot and cold water supplies, sanitary ware, drainage, and unvented cylinders.
Conduct water temperature checks and flushing in line with L8 (Legionella) compliance regulations.
Utilise your multi-skilled abilities to perform basic maintenance tasks outside of plumbing, such as basic electrical work (e.g., lamp changes, ballast swaps), filter changes on AHUs/FCUs, and other general fabric repairs.
Provide a first-class service to high-profile clients, building strong working relationships and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
Manage your workload effectively across the five sites, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain clear and accurate records of all maintenance activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must be a fully qualified Plumber (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing).
Demonstrable experience in a maintenance role within a corporate, commercial, or high-end residential environment.
