The Package
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
- Hours: 40-hour workweek + overtime opportunities
- On-Call: 1 in 4 rotation ( standby payment)

Key Responsibilities
- PPM & Reactive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and rapid response repairs on various commercial gas systems.
- Fault Diagnosis: Efficiently identify and resolve issues in gas systems and associated plant equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all works meet strict health and safety standards and industry regulations.
- Documentation: Complete detailed digital reports for all maintenance and repair activities.
- Client Relations: Act as a professional face of the company, maintaining high standards of customer service on-site.
Experience & Qualifications
- Commercial Gas: COCN1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1
- Professional Certs: Gas Safe Registered
- Education: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical Engineering
- Safety: IPAF / PASMA certifications
- Driving: Full UK Driving Licence
