Job Title: Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer
Location: NW London (covering various static sites)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Standard Business Hours
Are you an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, mobile role with a guaranteed client base
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine fabric maintenance, minor repairs, and reactive works across designated facilities in NW London.
- Perform basic carpentry, door/lock repairs, painting, decorating, basic plumbing, and minor tiling/plastering.
- Ensure all work meets strict health, safety, and compliance standards within operational emergency service buildings.
- Manage job tickets via a mobile device, keeping clear records of completed work and ordering necessary materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer, Handyperson, or Multi-Skilled Technician in a commercial or mobile environment.
- Relevant trade qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry, Plumbing, or Painting) or time-served equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential for van usage).
