Responsibilities:
... - Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from our client.
- Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and within deadlines.
- Conduct thorough property inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the maintenance team and external contractors as needed.
Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
- Proven experience carrying out all aspects of housing maintenance to a high standard.
