Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Assistant:
As a Nursery Assistant, you will support the daily running of the nursery. Your key duties will include:
Engaging Activities: Planning and leading creative, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Child Safety: Ensuring the safeguarding, well-being, and happiness of all children.
Nurturing Environment: Maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive learning space for children to thrive.
Personal Care: Assisting children with personal care routines, including mealtimes and nappy changing.
Parent Communication: Building strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, providing them with updates on their child's progress.
Team Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues to deliver high-quality early years education.
