- Long-Term Placements: Enjoy the stability of working within a consistent nursery team for a term or a full academic year. Build deep, rewarding bonds with a specific group of children, support their daily routines, and become a valued member of a local staff team.
What We Are Looking For:
- A warm, nurturing, and patient nature with the enthusiasm and energy to keep pace with children aged 0 to 5.
- Previous experience working or volunteering with young children (e.g., in a nursery, creche, school, or as a childminder/nanny).
- A basic understanding of child development and a commitment to creating a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with room leaders and nursery managers.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to undergo a new application).
