Location: East Grinstead and Forest Row, West Sussex / East Sussex borders
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, creative learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Act as a Key Person, observing and tracking children's development to ensure they reach their full potential.
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and inspired.
Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers through meaningful daily updates.
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety within the nursery.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
Commitment: Someone looking for a long-term permanent position who wants to grow with the nursery.
Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for early years education and a nurturing, patient approach.
Team Players: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Compliance: An enhanced DBS check is required (we can help you manage this process).
