Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and educational atmosphere for young children. Your daily duties will include:
Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care.
Building positive and trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observing, assessing, and recording each child's progress and development.
Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
Promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Qualification: A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BTEC).
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner, or in a similar childcare role.
Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. A patient, creative, and caring demeanor is essential.
Knowledge: A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
