School Office Administrators Needed in Liverpool
Are you an organised and proficient administrative professional with experience in a school setting?
We are urgently seeking dedicated School Office Administrators to join our teams across Liverpool. We have a high demand for candidates who are skilled in using SIMS (School Information Management System) to ensure the smooth running of our school offices.
Pay Rate: £13.68 to £16.50 per hour, based on experience.
We have opportunities in various schools throughout the Liverpool area.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Your role will be crucial in providing administrative support to the school's front office team. As a key point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, your duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Managing and updating student records, attendance, and admissions using SIMS.
- Handling general clerical and administrative tasks such as typing letters, managing mail, and maintaining files.
- Providing administrative support to the headteacher and other staff.
- Assisting with the management of the school's social media and communication platforms.
Needed Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals who are ready to make a positive impact. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a school administrator or in a similar office support role.
- Essential proficiency with SIMS.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- An Enhanced DBS check or a willingness to obtain one.
