Job description- Drive continuous productivity improvement throughout the service center, consistently delivering 'more for less'.
- Create and project manage operational plans that deliver productivity gains through process improvement across all elements of the business.
- Train, organize, and motivate a competent support team capable of providing an efficient service to both internal and external personnel.
- Manage effective data and information technology systems to ensure data availability for decision-making and maintain system integrity.
- Review overhead costs against budgets and assess asset efficiency to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Provide effective support to the management team in respect of Human Resources, including inductions and training oversight.

- You have experience in developing and delivering costed process improvements, working collaboratively with other staff.

- You can consistently tackle underperformance with a 'Grasp the Nettle' approach.
- You are adept at implementing and maintaining effective monitoring systems, including key performance indicators and targets.
- You can ensure the integrity of all data management records.
- You have experience in the effective usage and development of IT systems (such as Sales Order Processing, Telephone, Distribution, Safety Cloud, CCTV).
- You are skilled in data manipulation, retrieval, and analysis.
- You can monitor costs, control spend, and plan/forecast future overhead costs.
- You have experience negotiating costs of supply to provide the best Return on Investment.
- You can provide effective inductions to new starters and oversee the delivery of agreed training.
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
