Key Accountabilities & Main Tasks:- Drive Productivity Gains: Create and project manage operational plans focused on process improvement across all business functions. This includes understanding current processes, identifying areas for development, and implementing cost-effective solutions collaboratively.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Train, organize, and motivate a competent support team to provide efficient service. You will recruit, develop staff, address underperformance proactively, conduct regular team meetings, and facilitate individual appraisals with challenging objectives.
- Manage Data & IT Systems: Implement and maintain effective monitoring systems with key performance indicators. Ensure data integrity and oversee the effective usage and development of IT systems to support informed decision-making.
- Oversee Financials: Review overhead costs against budgets, assess asset efficiency for maximum ROI, and investigate alternative supply sources. You will also plan and forecast future costs and justify CAPEX items.
- Provide HR Support: Offer effective HR support to the management team, including inductions for new starters, overseeing training delivery, and assisting with investigatory and disciplinary procedures.
