Job Title: Spray Painter

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter for an ongoing commercial project in Blackburn. Starting at the end of November, this role offers consistent, long-term work for the right candidate who delivers a high-quality finish and works efficiently on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces prior to painting (masking, sanding, filling, and cleaning).
- Operating professional spray painting equipment (e.g., airless sprayers) to apply paint, coatings, and finishes.
- Ensuring an even, high-quality, and professional finish on all surfaces.
- Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and tools.
- Adhering to site health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is essential (a Blue Skilled Worker card is highly preferred).
- Proven experience working as a Spray Painter on construction or commercial sites.
- Strong knowledge of different spray systems, paints, and surface preparation techniques.
- Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots).
- Own tools/equipment (if required by the specific site - please specify when applying).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently or as part of a team.
