Key Responsibilities
Support the Customer Strategy across Payment Solutions.
Call existing business customers to identify which Payment Solutions could best support their operations.
Cross-sell, up-sell, and implement solutions within the Business Payments (SME) market to achieve challenging goals and objectives.
Actively sell the full range of Barclaycard Payment solutions in a quality manner, ensuring all key processes are followed.
Assist in progressing customer applications within new businesses.
Answer questions accurately and professionally, listening to develop rapport with clients and taking all necessary action to resolve enquiries.
Provide the highest levels of customer service, handling any issues to agreed service levels.
Accept full accountability for governance and compliance.
Participate in additional activities to support the management team, such as analysis and focus groups.
