Strategic Integration: Play a key part in the timely integration of payroll systems for newly acquired entities, supporting our ambitious acquisition strategy.
Leading & Developing: You'll have the exciting opportunity to manage, mentor, coach, and appraise one direct report, helping them grow their payroll expertise.
Collaborating & Reporting: Work hand-in-hand with HR on onboarding, holiday/sick leave management, and provide vital data for monthly management accounts and annual audits.
Managing Payments: Oversee all BACS transfers for monthly salary payments, monthly HMRC payments, monthly Pensions payments, and other ad hoc third-party payments (AOE, CMS, etc.).
Tax Compliance: Calculate and submit payments for P11Ds and PSAs to HMRC.
Cost Management: Prepare monthly and quarterly salary recharge invoice spreadsheets for site staff.
