About the Role
Are you seeking flexible classroom work in Wickford without taking home stacks of evening marking and lesson planning? Randstad Education is looking for adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to cover daily teacher absences across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in welcoming local primary schools.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging primary lessons following pre-set planning left by class teachers.
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and positive learning atmosphere in every classroom.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Leave detailed handover notes and completed work organised for returning staff.
What You Need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised UK teaching qualification.
- Confident classroom management skills and quick adaptability.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
