We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and conscientious Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant mainstream primary school in Royston. In this role, you will work alongside classroom teachers to deliver high-quality support, guidance, and encouragement to pupils across various age groups and learning abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the classroom teacher in managing behaviour and creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.
- Work dynamically with small groups and deliver targeted 1:1 interventions.
- Use creative and innovative approaches to enhance student engagement.
- Adapt resources and learning support on the spot to meet individual pupil needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children or young people in a primary school or educational setting (preferred).
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desirable (though passionate candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
- An Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Full eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not provided for this role).
- Strong classroom management skills with a flexible, empathetic, and professional approach.
