About the Role
Randstad Education is seeking adaptable and professional Primary Supply Teachers to work within a vibrant Academy Trust serving the South Kenton and wider Brent community.
Our partner academy in this area-recently joined with a leading national Federation-is dedicated to providing a nurturing yet high-achieving environment. As a supply teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring that student learning remains consistent and high-quality when permanent staff are absent. Key Responsibilities
Flexible Instruction: Lead classrooms across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, delivering pre-planned lessons with confidence and clarity.
Positive Climate: Uphold the school's high expectations for behavior and foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere.
Effective Handovers: Complete daily marking and provide concise feedback to help permanent teachers track pupil progress.
Community Focus: Engage positively with the school's diverse student body and professional staff members.
Reliability: Arrive promptly and ready to integrate seamlessly into the school's daily routines and schedules.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
Classroom Experience: Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and recent experience in a UK primary setting.
Adaptability: The ability to stay calm and effective when working in new classrooms or with different age groups.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to build quick, effective relationships with pupils and colleagues.
Safeguarding: A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process one through Randstad).
