We are commissioned to secure a top-tier Primary Class Teacher holding mandatory Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). This full-time assignment requires an educational leader who can seamlessly manage an entire classroom environment-taking responsibility for the planning, execution, and diagnostic assessment of a vibrant cohort of students. Both experienced professionals and exceptional Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking an ambitious school framework are encouraged to apply.
Principal Accountabilities
- Curriculum Architecture: Design and facilitate innovative, highly differentiated lessons that reflect the objectives of the primary National Curriculum, keeping pupils engaged and intrinsically motivated.
- Data-Driven Intervention: Execute precise formative and summative assessment protocols, using data points to map out bespoke support plans and academic extensions.
- Resource Optimisation: Direct and empower classroom support staff (Teaching Assistants) to ensure targeted, high-impact interventions for SEND and EAL pupils.
- Ethos & Environment: Cultivate a secure, emotionally supportive, and highly focused learning environment anchored in high expectations and mutual respect.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a professional, approachable point of contact for families, delivering regular updates on student milestones and social development.
Candidate Specification
- Mandatory Credentials: Permanent UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a verified history of delivery within a UK primary school framework.
- Pedagogical Prowess: A comprehensive understanding of early childhood/junior developmental milestones, mastery-style learning strategies, and modern phonics or numeracy techniques.
- Operational Resilience: A calm, emotionally intelligent approach to behavioural management and classroom pacing.
- Schedule Alignment: Absolute availability to service a full-time, Monday-to-Friday schedule (08:30 - 16:00 approximate) throughout the 2026/2027 academic year.
- Safeguarding Vetting: An Enhanced Child DBS cleared and maintained on the online Update Service.
