Are you an ambitious Primary Teacher looking for a stable, long-term position in Crawley? We are seeking a dedicated professional with QTS who is ready to take full ownership of a class and make a lasting impact on student outcomes.
The Role
This is a comprehensive teaching position for those who take pride in the full educational journey. You will have the creative freedom to shape your classroom and drive pupil progress.
Full Planning & Prep: Take the lead on designing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to your pupils' needs.
Paid to Scale: We value your experience and expertise. Remuneration is aligned with the National Pay Scale, ensuring you are rewarded fairly for your qualifications and years in the classroom.
Long-Term Stability: This is not a day-to-day supply role. You will become an integral part of the school community, attending staff meetings and contributing to the wider school life.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver the Primary Curriculum to a high standard.
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, ensuring every child reaches their potential.
Create a vibrant, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student wellbeing.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Non-negotiable.
Proven Experience: A track record of successful teaching within a UK Primary setting.
Commitment: Willingness to undertake the full remit of a classroom teacher, including planning, marking, and parents' evenings.
Local to Crawley: Ability to commute across Crawley and the surrounding areas.
