Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, differentiate, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum for KS1.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment.
- Pupil Progress: Use diverse teaching methodologies and formative assessments to support the unique learning needs of every child.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and senior leadership to foster child development and well-being.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum.
- An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Two professional teaching references covering recent primary school experience.
- Right to Work in the UK (Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
