Role & Responsibilities- Day-to-Day Cover: Execute pre-planned lessons, maintain professional classroom standards, and foster a welcoming and effective learning environment.
- Long-Term Placements: Assume full responsibility for class instruction, including detailed lesson planning, assessment, and meticulous monitoring of pupil progress in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Holistic Development: Provide comprehensive academic, social, and emotional support to pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Demonstrated excellence in classroom management and professional adaptability.
- Must possess an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or demonstrate a willingness to process a new application.
- Documented right to work in the UK.
- Competitive Remuneration: Earning potential of £130 - £160 per day for supply roles, with long-term positions paid to scale.
- Predictable Schedules: Professional hours of 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
