Key Requirements
- Essential UK Experience: Proven, recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant within a UK primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
- Curriculum & Intervention Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum, with hands-on experience running small-group literacy or numeracy interventions.
- Safeguarding & Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete a new check through Randstad).
- Core Skills: Strong behaviour management skills, good communication, and a patient, proactive approach to pupil engagement.
