Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Essential UK Experience: You must have a minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable experience working within a UK primary school classroom setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
Adaptability: Proven ability to work seamlessly across different year groups, from Early Years Foundation Stage up to Year 6.
Behaviour Management: Strong classroom management skills with a proactive, positive approach to supporting diverse student needs.
Compliance: A valid, enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for a new one through Randstad).
Core Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting both classroom teachers and young learners.
