Teaching Assistant - Supporting Every Learner

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Provide one-to-one support for students requiring additional help, fostering their confidence and independence.
- Assist in managing classroom activities and creating a safe, stimulating learning environment.
- Support small group work, encouraging collaboration and active participation.
- Adapt resources and activities to suit the diverse needs of learners.
- Monitor student progress and share feedback with teaching staff and parents when required.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred.
- A compassionate and flexible approach to meeting the needs of individual learners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school ethos.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, are an advantage.
