Role - Procurement Administrator

Pay - £15.50 - £16.50 per hour

Location- Holcim UK, Bardon Hill, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1TL

Shift pattern- Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5pm with 1hr for lunch (3 days in the office 2 remote) 40hrs

Duration- 12 mat cover

Start date - Jan

Responsibilities:

• Procurement administration of tasks
• response to queries into central mailbox
• review and release / challenge of requisitions within Coupa PO system
• support Category Manager with ad hoc queries and tender activity
• various system admin activities across E1, SAP, Coupa and Causeway CPA
• supporting calls from site to resolve PO issues
• Communicating findings with relevant staff members
• General administration duties, emailing, filing, data entry, answering calls
• Collaborating data into IT systems

Experience needed:

• Prior experience in an office based administrative role
• Previous procurement experience
• Capacity to operate under minimal supervision
• Strong IT literacy skills with MS Office and Google suite
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
