- Working Schedule: 2-weekly rotating shifts (Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 | Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00).
- Contract Type: Temporary (7 months initially, with the potential for extension).

- Solution Manufacturing: Safely produce rare reagents, intermediates, and bulk chemical/biological solutions in strict accordance with the master schedule and established operating procedures.
- Compliance & Documentation: Adhere precisely to standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will take full accountability for maintaining accurate, high-quality documentation.
- System Logging: Utilise Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) for daily data entry and document management.
- Workload Management: Manage your daily production targets independently once assignments have been received, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time.
- Quality & Safety: Collaborate with the Quality Control team, participate in safety initiatives, perform root cause analysis (RCA) on production issues, and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
- Core Skills: Strong basic numeracy for accurate calculations, excellent spoken and written English, and a practical, hands-on aptitude for manufacturing tasks.
- Digital Literacy: Confident computer skills for navigating internal databases and software.
