We're excited to partner with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) to find Production Operatives across their world-class West Midlands facilities, including the Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC). Competitive Pay & Shift Rotations

- Pay Rate: £16.39 - £22.83 per hour (dependent on shift pattern and site experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Rotational shift patterns)
To keep world-class production running smoothly, flexibility across rotating shifts is key:
- Mornings: Mon-Fri (06:00 - 14:00 / 13:30) ➔ £16.39 - £18.64/hr
- Afternoons: Mon-Fri (14:00 / 13:30 - 22:00 / 21:00) ➔ £19.67 - £22.37/hr
- Nights: Mon-Thu/Fri (21:00 / 22:00 - 06:00) ➔ £20.08 - £22.83/hr

What You'll Be Doing
Manufacturing modern luxury vehicles is a team effort, but don't worry-you will never be thrown into the deep end. You'll receive comprehensive training alongside friendly, experienced colleagues who have your back.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Collaborate with your team to assemble luxury vehicles and electric propulsion systems.
- Follow standardized work sequences to maintain world-class quality standards.
- Spot opportunities to make daily processes safer, smarter, and smoother.
