Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off | 06:00 AM - 18:00 PM
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Are you looking for a stable, fast-paced role within a globally recognised malting company? We are seeking two dedicated Production Operators to join our team at our premier site in Great Ryburgh.
In this role, you will support the wider production team in creating top-quality malted ingredients, ensuring process timings and strict quality requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Operations: Operate specialised plant equipment to transfer grain through critical production stages, including Steeping, Germination, and Kilning.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine daily sampling, visual inspections, and moisture content analysis of grain, accurately documenting all process data.
- Safety First: Maintain a culture of safety by strictly following Safe Systems of Work, wearing correct PPE, and reporting any accidents or near misses.
- Maintenance Support: Work closely with the engineering department to report faults and support the company's CMMS to minimise production downtime.
- Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure production areas meet food safety and HACCP plans through day-to-day cleaning duties (sweeping, pressure washing, etc.).
What We Are Looking For:
Essential:
- Proven experience working within a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- The resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to process changes.
- Flexibility to work a consistent 4 on 4 off day-shift pattern.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in food production or malting environments.
