We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong transformation delivery experience to support enterprise sales and operational transformation initiatives within a SaaS environment.

This role focuses on leading strategic programmes end-to-end, connecting business strategy to operational execution, and driving improvements across enterprise sales operations, pipeline optimisation, and go-to-market processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in program and project delivery within SaaS organisations, with proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes across cross-functional teams.

This is not an account management role and not a purely technical IT program role. The focus is on business transformation, operational delivery, and enterprise sales programme execution.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programmes within the enterprise SaaS organisation.
  
  
• Translate business strategy into executable programmes and initiatives.
  
  
• Establish programme frameworks, governance structures, and delivery plans.
  
  

• Drive operational and organisational transformation initiatives.
  
  
• Develop and execute change management plans across multiple business functions.
  
  
• Influence stakeholders and ensure adoption of new processes and operating models.
  
  

• Support transformation initiatives across enterprise sales operations and go-to-market strategy.
  
  
• Improve sales funnel efficiency, lead management processes, and pipeline conversion.

• Manage cross-functional programmes spanning sales, operations, marketing, and customer success teams.
  
  
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively drive resolution
  
  

• Define and track KPIs to measure programme success and operational impact.
  
  
• Provide regular programme reporting and insights to EMEA leadership.
  
  

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
  
  
• Implement scalable programme management best practices, tools, and templates.
  
  

Essential

• 5+ years experience delivering complex programmes or projects within SaaS organisations.
  
  
• Proven experience leading business transformation or operational change initiatives.
  
  
• Strong experience managing cross-functional programmes across sales, marketing, and operations.
  
  
• Experience improving sales operations, pipeline management, or go-to-market processes.
  
  
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including VP-level engagement.
  
  

Desirable

• Experience within FinTech or SaaS platforms.
  
  
• Experience supporting enterprise sales or high-touch B2B sales motions.
  
  
• Familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.
  
  

• Certification in Project or Programme Management, such as:
