Overview
A well-established higher education provider is seeking an organised and detail-focused Programme Administrator to support academic programme delivery and administrative operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is confident working with data, systems, and stakeholders.
Role Overview
You will provide professional administrative support across the academic lifecycle, ensuring processes are completed accurately, on time, and in line with institutional regulations and service standards.
The role supports both academic staff and students and contributes to the smooth running of programme administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across academic programmes
- Maintain accurate student and programme records using internal systems
- Respond professionally to enquiries from staff, students, and stakeholders
- Prepare and process assessment and marks data
- Support programme changes, withdrawals, and transfers
- Assist with meeting administration, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Help coordinate university events such as enrolment and graduation
- Monitor attendance and engagement data
- Work collaboratively with administrative teams to improve processes and consistency
