Programme Manager - Digital Marketplace Transformation & Org Design
📍 Remote (UK) | 📅 Fixed‑term contract until December 2026
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead an enterprise‑wide transformation programme, with a focus on Clients, Talent, and Organisational Design. This role is centred on driving structural and behavioural change across the business, rather than technical system delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Target Operating Model (TOM) for enterprise clients.
- Lead organisational redesign, pivoting Talent Advisor roles toward high‑value support.
- Manage multiple project managers, oversee dependencies, and chair steering committees.
- Shape go‑to‑market strategy, positioning the programme in bids/tenders with value‑driven pricing.
- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and track programme milestones.
- Escalate issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in HR Transformation or Organisational Redesign.
- Strong change management expertise, embedding behavioural change.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Strong organisational, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Resilient leader, able to motivate cross‑functional teams and prioritise effectively.
- Industry agnostic - recruitment background useful but not essential; candidates from financial services, healthcare, tech, consulting encouraged.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
