The Role:
We're looking for a proactive Project Architect who can confidently manage projects through various stages. You'll be a key part of the team, contributing your design flair and technical expertise to deliver outstanding architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading projects through detailed design, technical design, and construction stages.
Producing comprehensive tender and construction packages (drawings, specifications, schedules).
Coordinating effectively with clients, consultants (structural, M&E, etc.), and contractors.
Ensuring designs comply with UK building regulations and other statutory requirements.
Contributing to design development and problem-solving, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative working environment.
Conducting site visits and inspections as required.
Requirements
You'll be a self-motivated and skilled Architect with a keen eye for detail and a passion for turning concepts into reality.
Essential Skills & Experience:
RIBA Part III qualified (or equivalent) with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience as an Architect in the UK.
A strong portfolio showcasing experience in relevant sectors (Education is preffered but not required)
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit is essential). Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is also highly beneficial.
Solid understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and construction methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to design excellence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team, managing your time effectively.
